At Lord Couture, each apparel piece is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are wearable art and produced on demand, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal fit preference.

Size & Fit

Please review the size guide provided on the product page before placing your order.

If you receive the size you ordered but are unhappy with the fit, the item does not need to be returned. While we cannot provide a refund or free replacement for fit-related issues, please contact us. We may offer a one-time 25% courtesy discount toward a replacement of the same item in a different size.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact Lord Couture at info@lordcouture.design within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs showing the issue

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an eligible replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Eligible shipping issues will be investigated with our fulfillment provider and handled according to the circumstances of the order.

Change of Mind

Because Lord Couture apparel is made specifically for each order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges because you changed your mind after receiving your purchase.
